Webflow Restaurant Menu Widget: Add an Easy-to-Update Menu to Your Webflow Site

Use the builder below to create a free restaurant menu for your Webflow website. Pick a template, click “Continue with this template” and add your dishes.

Restaurants and bars that build on Webflow usually care a lot about design. A hand-built menu, though, means opening the Designer and republishing every time a price changes. With this widget the menu lives in your Elfsight dashboard: change a price there and the live site updates. You style it with a color scheme, accent color, font and custom CSS so it fits your design, and add it once with a Code Embed element.

How to add a Restaurant Menu widget to Webflow

1. Create your widget

  1. Choose a template: Cocktail Bar, Coffee House, Healthy Restaurant, Family Restaurant or Fast Food Restaurant. Click “Continue with this template“.
  2. Add your menus: in the Menus tab, click “Add Menu” and enter a name, caption and icon for each one.
  3. Add items: click “Add item” and enter the caption, price, image and badges, plus nutrition info if you want it.
  4. Match your design: pick tabs or a list for menus and a list, masonry or tabs for sections, then set the color scheme, accent color and font. Use custom CSS for finer details.
  5. Save it: click “Add to website for free“, sign up and copy your embed code.

2. Add it to your Webflow site

  1. Open your menu page in the Webflow Designer.
  2. Open the Add panel and drag a Code Embed element into the section where the menu should appear.
  3. Paste the menu code and click Save & Close.
  4. Open Preview or publish the site to see the menu. Scripts don’t render inside the Designer canvas, so an empty-looking embed there is normal.
  5. Check the published page at desktop, tablet and phone widths and click through each menu tab.

Where to put the Restaurant Menu widget on your Webflow site

  • On a Menu page in your navigation, with one tab for each menu.
  • On an opening or seasonal landing page, so people see the new dishes and prices next to the booking link.
  • On your homepage, as a short menu of signature dishes or cocktails.
  • On a private events page, with set menus for groups.
  • On a locations page if you run several venues, with one menu tab per venue in a single widget.

Do you need a paid Webflow plan?

Yes. Webflow’s Code Embed element and custom code require a paid site plan or workspace plan. On a site without one, you can’t add the menu code. If you’re still building on a free plan, set up the menu now and add it when you upgrade the site.

The menu sits in one place on a page, so you don’t need site-wide code under Site settings › Custom code › Footer code. The widget’s own free plan covers one widget with up to 200 views a month on unlimited websites, with a small Elfsight link; paid widget plans start at $5 a month, billed yearly.
